Buena Vista University- Clinical Mental Health Counseling Department has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No.3065. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Buena Vista University- Clinical Mental Health Counseling Department is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her/their experience with Buena Vista University’s Counselor Education Department program, he/she/they may call or email Kathleen Ruscitto, Ph.D. at 712.749.2182 or Ruscitto@BVU.edu. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, and make any necessary decisions and respond within two business days.
Refund Policy
