If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her/their experience with Buena Vista University’s Counselor Education Department CEU program, he/she/they may call or email Kathleen Ruscitto, Ph.D. at 712.749.2182 or Ruscitto@BVU.edu. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, and make any necessary decisions and respond within two business days.
