Theft

Any intentional or negligent acts or attempted acts resulting in theft are prohibited.This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Theft or possession of stolen University property;
2. Theft or possession of stolen personal property;
3. Theft or possession of stolen property belonging to any local, state or federal entity (e.g. road signs, bathroom signage, business signage or logo).
