Residence Life Housing Contract

The Residence Life Housing Contract must be signed prior to the student’s arrival on campus. It is assumed that each student has read and fully understands the terms of the agreement. Residence Halls open at 12:00pm (noon) on the day prior to the start of semester classes and close at 6:00pm on the last day of the semester.

Halls are closed to students during vacation periods: Thanksgiving; end of semester/Christmas break; Interim break; Spring break; and Easter week-end. If a student needs to stay past the closing time, he/she must submit a Break Request form  to the Director of Residence Life no later than 48 hours prior to the break/closing .  The written request must provide the reason for the request. The Director of Residence Life reserves the right to deny requests/exceptions.
