Buena Vista University is committed to providing a working and learning environment where all members feel valued and are fully empowered to claim a place in, and responsibility for, our shared working, living, and learning community.  Members of the Buena Vista University community, guests, and visitors have a right to be free from discrimination and harassment, and to be treated with respect.  This policy outlines the University’s commitment to ensuring that its campus is free from sexual and gender-based misconduct, the steps for recourse for those individuals whose rights may have been violated, and the procedures for determining a violation of University policy.
