Buena Vista University faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to nominate staff employees for the 2022 Education for Service Award. To receive this outstanding, annual service award, an individual must serve as an excellent service role model for all BVU employees:

• Helpful, friendly, caring person and strong role model for students, staff, and faculty;
• Strong leadership qualities;
• Shown significant improvements in the quality of service, work or a process;
• Goes above and beyond with service and assistance to students;
• Helps to establish more efficient processes for students and the University;
• Job performance above and beyond expectations;

The recipient will be announced during the Employee Recognition Celebration and will receive a plaque and stipend to be used for his/her professional development.
