Wythe Award Nominees for 2014
Four professors, including two alumni, have been selected as finalists for BVU's 2014 George Wythe Award for Excellence in Teaching. The winner will be announced at the Faculty and Staff Recognition Dinner on May 23.
Four professors, including two BVU alumni, have been selected as finalists for BVU’s 2014 George Wythe Award for Excellence in Teaching. They are:
- Dr. Joni Anderson, assistant professor of management
- Dr. Bob Blodgett, professor of psychology
- Jamii Claiborne SL’96, assistant professor of digital media
- Dr. Jason Shepherd SL’99, assistant professor of computer science
The recipient of the award, which was endowed by the late Paul and Vivian McCorkle, will receive a sabbatical and a $30,000 stipend for faculty development. The winner will be announced at the Faculty and Staff Recognition Dinner on May 23.
