Wythe Award Faculty Finalists Announced
Four professors have been selected as finalists for BVU's 2015 George Wythe Award for Excellence in Teaching. The winner will be announced at the Faculty and Staff Recognition Dinner on May 22.
Four professors have been selected as finalists for BVU’s 2015 George Wythe Award for Excellence in Teaching. They are:
- Prof. Beth Blankers, associate professor of accounting
- Dr. Bob Blodgett, professor of psychology
- Dr. Andrea Frantz, associate professor of digital media
- Dr. Jason Shepherd SL'99, associate professor of computer science
The recipient of the award, which was endowed by the late Paul and Vivian McCorkle, will receive a sabbatical and a $30,000 stipend for faculty development. The winner will be announced at the Faculty and Staff Recognition Dinner on May 22.
