Students listen to a presentation from Teresa Stuhr, catering manager for Sodexo, as a part of their January Interim class, Event Planning & Management. According to Becka Neary-DeLaPorte, course instructor and Director of Student Activities & Leadership Development, each student presents planning details for an event (a budget, venue, catering) using the tips and tricks they have learned.

Other presenters for the course include event planners from King's Pointe, Tyson Events Center and BVU's forum office, who share their knowledge and experience.
