BVU Announces Fall 2016 New Faculty
Buena Vista University has announced 15 new full-time faculty members for the 2016-17 academic year. Thirteen of the new faculty are to support a larger student population within the University's School of Education.
Buena Vista University has announced 15 new full-time faculty members for the 2016-17 academic year.
BVU produces more teacher education graduates than any other private college in Iowa. To support this larger student population within a signature program, 13 new faculty members of the 15 mentioned below were hired in the School of Education.
"Our continued hiring demonstrates our commitment to academic priorities," says Dr. Jim Salvucci, vice president for academic affairs/dean of faculty. "The cohort of this year's new faculty is both sizable and high quality. The contributions of these new colleagues will be transformative and will offer BVU students a future of ongoing quality education."
