Join Residence Life!

The Office of Residence Life employs students in two different leadership positions within the residence halls.  Community Coordinators (CCs) and Resident Assistants (RAs) are trained in a wide variety of areas including, but not limited to: roommate issues, conflict-resolution, liaising University resources, promoting participation in campus activities, submitting work orders, creating a sense of community within the residence halls and enforcing University policies.

CCs and RAs are also effective in solving problems; they are excellent listeners and skilled in building relationships. CCs are experienced student leaders who were formerly RAs, and have been promoted to undertake an administrative role within residence halls.  RAs are an immediate resource, equipped to aid student well-being and enhance the sense of community for all students within our residence halls.
