- Assistant Director of Enrollment for Online Programs
Brooke Goldman is the Assistant Director of Enrollment for Online Programs at Buena Vista University. Brooke graduated from Buena Vista University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology after earning her Associate of Arts degree from Indian Hills Community College. With the encouragement of her own BVU advisor, she continued her education through St. Ambrose University, where she graduated with honors and earned a master’s degree in criminal justice to be able to return to BVU that same year as an adjunct instructor in Ottumwa through 2015.
Brooke was a non-traditional transfer student who could relate to the importance and challenges that come with balancing education, career, and family. “I am elated to be back at BVU and able to make a difference in the lives of others the way BVU staff members did for me. It truly feels full circle. I am beyond proud to help students reach their own educational and career goals.”
Brooke enjoys spending her time outside of work with her husband, Nate, their six children, and their granddaughter. Her hobbies include making homemade pasta, evolving her culinary skills, tending to her herb gardens and flowers, and watching football.
