Jenna West

• Senior Education Coordinator

Jenna is a Senior Education Coordinator for Buena Vista University’s Online Programs. She joined the BVU team in 2021 and is passionate about helping education students find their path to becoming teachers. Jenna works closely with students throughout their academic journey, guiding them through coursework decisions, program requirements, and the many life changes that often come with returning to school.

Jenna earned her Associate of Arts in Business from Southwestern Community College and her Bachelor of Arts from Buena Vista University. Having completed her degree fully online while balancing full-time work, family, and personal commitments, she understands firsthand the challenges students face and enjoys using that experience to support and encourage them. She finds purpose in guiding future educators through their educational journey and celebrating their success as they reach graduation.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with family. Her favorite activities include camping, watching sunsets, listening to personal development podcasts, and going for a cruise around town.
