Dr. Mandie Reynolds

Dr. Mandie Reynolds currently serves as Principal at Lewis Central Middle School in Council Bluffs, Iowa, where she has been for the last six years. Prior to that, she had served as a Principal, Assistant Principal, Technology Coordinator, Curriculum Director, Teacher Leadership Coordinator, and MS/HS Social Studies Teacher. Dr. Reynolds received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa, Masters of Educational Leadership from Dordt University, and PhD with Superintendent Licensure from Drake University.

Dr. Reynolds leads and teaches with a system-based focus. As a current administrator, her understanding of leadership styles, as well as a realistic approach to teaching, learning, and evaluation make her courses both applicable and meaningful. Students can expect to learn not only about systems-thinking, but also be able to apply strategies learned regardless of their current role in education.
