Room Changes

Room change requests must be made by the student through the Room Change Request form on BeaverNet to the Area Coordinator and/or Director of Residence Life.  No changes will be considered until the completion of the first two (2) of the fall/spring semester and the last three (3) weeks of the fall/spring semester.  All room changes must be approved by the Area Coordinator and/or Director of Residence Life. Students who change rooms without permission are subject an improper check-in fee and possible additional room charges. All room changes must be approved prior to moving.
