Failure to Comply with Request of a University Official

This rule prohibits, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Failure to comply with a reasonable and lawful request of directions by a University official, such as failure to provide student identification, or other identification to University officials upon request.
2. Interference with students, faculty, staff, or Campus Safety and Security officials acting in performance of their official duties.
3. Failure to comply with a judicial letter from the Assistant Dean of Students/designee.
4. Fleeing the scene of an incident while an investigation or inquiry is in progress.
