Behavior Which Jeopardizes the Emotional or Physical Safety of Self or Others

This rule prohibits, but is not limited to, the following:

• Acts, or threats, of physical assault or abuse;
• Violence;
• Intimidation;
• Physical or emotional harassment;
• Suicide attempts;
• Forcible detention;
• Threatening behavior;
• Indecent exposure;
• Alcohol poisoning or drug overdose.
