BVU, EFCO Corp. Bond Through Strategic Partnership
Collaboration with Buena Vista University broadens educational benefits for EFCO Corp. employees and their eligible family members.
Buena Vista University (BVU) and EFCO Corp. have entered a Strategic Partnership that mutually benefits both organizations as they strive to strengthen the communities and the people they serve.
This partnership allows for employees of EFCO Corp., as well as eligible family members of full-time employees, to receive grant funding to lower the overall cost of education while enrolled in classes at BVU’s Storm Lake campus. Partner grant funding also lowers the cost per credit hour for students enrolled in BVU’s convenient online undergraduate programs or the organizational leadership graduate program.
“We currently offer tuition reimbursement for our employees, so this Strategic Partnership fits really well with what we’re already offering,” says EFCO Corp. Human Resources Generalist Emily Liberty. “I like how BVU has online programs, so we can reach people outside the Storm Lake area and even outside of Iowa. It’s a good option for our employees across the U.S. that we can pair with our tuition reimbursement.”
