Competitive Gaming
Esports
Buena Vista University has added esports to its roster of competitive teams and programs. Competing in our new Esports Arena and using a program model based on the National Association of Collegiate Esports, get ready for a dynamic and fun gaming experience!

Games We Are Playing
The Esports program hosts game nights for League of Legends, Rocket League, Overwatch, Apex Legends and Rainbow Six Siege. We work with the Anime and Gaming Society to add and remove games as interest allows. Scrimmaging and regular competition will begin in 2021. We strive to provide an exciting gaming experience for students and others in the BVU and Storm Lake communities.

Compete and Build
The BVU Esports program focuses not only on competition, but also on building practical skills. Learn and develop skills in problem solving, communication, team-building and integrated learning. These experiences can help you in your career and life!
