Emily Nix DeAngelo

• Assistant Director of Admissions

Emily is a graduate of Buena Vista University, where she graduated in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and psychology. While at BVU, she was a Resident Assistant, Visit Team Intern with Admissions, and men’s soccer team manager.

Outside of Emily’s school activities, she pursued many different opportunities offered by BVU, including conferences and publications. Emily attended conferences for the Admissions team to help develop the student worker program. With these experiences, Emily can help students pursue their many goals.

Emily is ecstatic to be back and join the Admissions team at BVU. She is excited to show students that their academic, personal, and professional dreams can be realized here.
