Counseling Certification

By checking the box below, you agree that you have carefully considered whether or not to pursue a TEACH Grant, after having received counseling for this grant/loan, and you certify the following statements are true:  I certify that I am currently completing coursework and or other requirements necessary to begin or continue a career in teaching.  I certify that I am/will be enrolled in the Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction in a shortage area track (ESL, TAG or Special Ed.) or in the Master of Science in Education-Professional School Counseling emphasis. I also certify that I do not already possess a Master’s Degree.  I also understand that BVU has the right to verify my enrollment in an eligible program and that I can only receive Teach Grant funds for courses required in the Master’s Degree I am pursuing.
