Emma Tuggle is a dedicated and adaptable professional with over nine years of experience spanning retail management and non-profit organizational leadership. She spent six years honing her skills in fast-paced retail environments, where she developed a strong foundation in team leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency. For the past three years, Emma has brought her passion for community impact to the non-profit sector, leading initiatives and supporting organizational growth with compassion and strategic insight.

Currently pursuing a degree in human services through Buena Vista University's online program, Emma is committed to lifelong learning and expanding her ability to serve others. Known for her willingness to embrace new challenges and thrive in evolving environments, she brings both heart and resilience to every role she takes on.

Outside of work and studies, Emma enjoys immersing herself in the magical worlds of Harry Potter and Disney. She shares her home with her husband and their four beloved cats, who keep life full of joy and adventure.
