Dr. Tera Warfield is a licensed professional counselor (LPC-MHSP) with extensive experience in clinical practice, counselor education, and supervision. She has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, and employee assistance programs. Her areas of clinical expertise include anxiety and mood disorders, life transitions, and culturally responsive care. As an educator, she is passionate about bridging theory and practice, helping students develop strong clinical skills grounded in ethical decision-making and cultural humility. Students benefit from her integrative, insight-oriented approach to teaching, which draws from both evidence-based methods and her years of direct client work.

Dr. Warfield's research interests include counselor identity development, multicultural and social justice competence, and the intersection of spirituality and mental health.
