Dr. Jill Tussey has worked as an adjunct professor for Buena Vista University since January 2012. In the fall of 2017, she joined Buena Vista University as a full-time professor in the Literacy Department. For twelve years, she worked as a second grade teacher and spent three years as a mentor teacher within the Teacher Leadership Program. She is currently leading the professional learning community in the literacy department and working on a professional learning community platforms for education students. In the summer of 2018, she presented at the Irish Game-Based Learning Conference in Cork Ireland. During the fall of 2018, she also presented at the MISIC and ALER conferences.
