BVU student Brooke Berkey has begun her internship with the Undergraduate Rural Dentistry Internship. The internship provides experiences with two Storm Lake dentists.

Three BVU students have begun their internships with the Undergraduate Rural Medicine Education and Development program. The students will work with physicians and health care professionals at several local hospitals.

As a student, BVU grad Michael Bierman had no idea that the time he volunteered in the "BV Buddies" after-school program would have any impact beyond the student he mentored. But it did, in a big way.
