International Admission Requirements
To be considered for admission and issuance of an I-20, international applicants should submit:
- Completed online application
- Official academic records with English translations (if applicable)
- Proof of English proficiency
- Passport identification page
- Financial Statement and Certification form
- Financial documentation from your sponsor
All documents must be original or certified copies.
Apply Early
To allow enough time for admissions and immigration processing, please submit all required materials before the following deadlines:
- Fall (August) Entry: June 1
- Spring (January) Entry: October 15
Demonstrate English Proficiency
BVU accepts several ways to demonstrate English proficiency, including:
- TOEFL
- IELTS
- ACT or SAT English scores
- AP English
- International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Transferable coursework completed at an accredited U.S. college or university
