Michelle currently serves as the Director of Student Services at Clay Central/Everly Schools in Royal, Iowa, as well as Part-Time Faculty of Literacy/Early Childhood for Buena Vista University. She has worked as an early childhood educator and administrator in various capacities for 31 years in Northwest Iowa, served as a Reading Consultant for AEA 3, and as the Assistant Director for UDMO’s Head Start Programs. She serves on the Care Connections of Northwest Iowa Board and leads the Title 1 Reading Program at CCE.
