Dr. Liz Kluver has been a faculty member for Buena Vista University since 2008 teaching Management and Strategic Management. She also taught business courses at the secondary level for fourteen years with the last seven years focused on creating a high school on-the-job training program. Her passion is corporate culture and the impacts it has on the productivity of an organization.
