The study of crime prepares students for any field within the criminal justice system. Studying criminal events, the correctional system, and those involved with criminal offenses including victims, perpetrators, and law enforcement officials, helps students make the world a better place after graduation.

Criminology and criminal justice majors study the methods of law enforcement, judicial action and systems in place to enforce the law. This program draws from a variety of disciplines and consists of coursework in theory, organization, law and practice. Whether students are already involved in a branch of the law or simply have been drawn to it, a bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice can prepare you to take the lead in this fast-growing field.
