Atop an Antarctic Glacier

Laura Page, a junior biology major from Hutchinson, Kan., and Dr. Melinda Coogan, assistant professor of biology, traveled to King George Island in Antarctica. They were in Antarctica for two days.

Laura traveled to Chile last year as one of six students in BVU's inaugural Global Fellows program. As the 2012 recipient of the J. Leslie Rollins Fellowship Award, she is continuing the research she began last year. Dr. Coogan is in the region with this year's group of Global Fellows.
