Zach Mizer begins his second season as an assistant coach with the Beavers in 2013-14.

A 2010 graduate of Heidelberg College, Mizer was a four-year letterwinner and a three-time national qualifier for The Berg, including a national runner-up finish at 157 pounds as a senior.  He posted a career record of 112-42, including a pair of 30-win campaigns, and is second on the school's all-time career list for wins.

He was also part of a team which picked up four consecutive Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) tournament titles and two regular season championships.  Mizer picked up an individual title at 149 pounds in 2008.

Following graduation, he remained with the program and served as a graduate assistant coach for both the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons.

Mizer is a native of Ohio and a Perry High School graduate.  He pursued his master's in education while at Heidelberg.
