Error Messages
If you receive an error message other than those listed below, please contact the Library or 2Fix. If possible, include a screenshot or the exact text of the error message.
Maximum Number of Simultaneous Users
A few databases restrict the number of simultaneous users. You may get a "maximum users reached" message. Try accessing the database at a later time.

Username and Password Errors
- "Username not in database"
- "Password Incorrect"
- "Login failed. Please check your username and password and try again."
- "The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic"
If you receive any of these errors, please check your spelling and try again. If you still receive an error message, please contact the Library.
