For full-text links to library resources to work from off campus locations, the BVU proxy server address MUST be attached to the beginning of the persistent URL or permalink. Our proxy server address is:

Therefore, if the persistent URL provided by the database is, for example: http://www.database.com/24689, you need to insert the proxy server address at the beginning of the database URL so that the persistent URL looks like this:
