BVU's education & training minor supports individuals involved in training in human services agencies and related organizations.

The education & training minor equips students with a theoretical background in education and practical application to better understand learners and learning. The curriculum combines courses in learning and motivation, human relations, instructional technology and psychology, among others, to equip students with skills that can be applied to positions across a wide variety of organizations.
