Spreading Beaver Spirit

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the distance between us, but it can't dampen our BVU pride! Enjoy and share these stories and resources as we build Beaver spirit around the world.

Find Your Arch

Beavers may be spread out far and wide, but the comforting sight of an arch is always nearby.  BVU students, alumni, and families have found arches in their day-to-day lives.

Senior Send-Off

Our Buena Vista University seniors are spending their final months unlike any other class before them: fully online. Seniors, even though your world is changing, we want you to know how special each and every one of you are to our BVU family. We’re dedicating this page to you and your journeys to the arch!

Buena Vista University App

The Buena Vista University app serves as one convenient location for our students, faculty and staff, families and guests, and alumni to access information and resources. It serves as another way to stay connected with BVU!

Helping Beavers in Need

Student Emergency Fund

Generous contributions from alumni, parents, and friends of Buena Vista University allow us to provide financial support to students for supplies, emergencies, special programs, test prep, unforeseen travel, and unanticipated events. These funds do not have to be repaid, but the University’s hope is that one day—when a beneficiary of this support is in a position to pay this forward—they will.
