Dr. London’s teaching and research focuses on rhetoric and composition, with an emphasis on digital rhetoric. They have studied online gaming communities and acts of aggression and harassment on live streaming platforms. They are especially interested in the ways women and queer individuals employ unruly rhetoric (such as call outs, mockery, and humor) as moderation and resistance to online aggression.

Dr. London teaches composition courses that center on visual rhetoric, technology, and gaming, as well as everyday examples of rhetoric to engage students in various forms of writing.
