Daniel Seman is a producer and director of Coyote Story, a 2D animated short telling a Chippewa story about Coyote tricking Ducks. This helps to preserve Native American languages digitally and assists in younger generations learning the language. Coyote Story was screened at 10 film festivals and won Best Animation at Intendence Film Festival 2017. Current work includes; Monkey Presents - Principle Artist – Backgrounds, Coyote and Rabbit – Pre-Production
and Three Bears - Visual Development – Chippewa Language Preservation.
Daniel has taught at Pima Community College, The Art institutes and has taught classes such as
Conceptual Storytelling, Animation Studio, Pre-Production Team, Production Team
Digital Ink & Paint, Graphic and Web Capstone, Character Animation to name a few.
He holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Media Design from Columbus College of Art & Design and 2 Masters of Fine Arts in Animation and Visual Effects and Visual Development from The Academy of Art University.
