Dr. Casey Baker has worked in the mental health field in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, and on college campuses. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Minnesota, as well as a licensed mental health counselor in Iowa. Additionally, Baker is a registered play therapist and a nationally certified counselor.
As a member of the Iowa Mental Health Counselors Association Board (IMHCA), Casey presents at the state, regional, national, and international level on a regular basis. Baker is an active member of counseling organizations, including the American Counseling Association (ACA), Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), and the Association for Play Therapy (APT). Casey received her Doctorate in Education in counselor education and supervision, her master’s in mental health counseling, and a bachelor’s in psychology from Minnesota State University.
