BVU Grad and New York City Photographer Visits Campus

Wagner, who graduated from BVU in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in social work, is a frequent contributor to The New York Times.

On March 5, Buena Vista University alumnus and New York City photographer Andre D. Wagner visited campus to discuss his work and process of using the street as an open studio. 

Wagner, who lives and works in Brooklyn, N.Y., graduated from BVU in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in social work. His photography explores and chronicles the poetic and lyrical nuances of daily life by using city streets, people, public transportation, and the youth of the 21st century as his visual language. Wagner is also a frequent contributor to the New York Times.
