Students Jam at the "How to Become a Recording Star" Concert

Jan. 24, 2014

Dr. David Klee's Interim class, "How to Become a Recording Star," performs in Anderson Auditorium. The concert is the culmination of their month-long study of song writing, music theory, and trends in the music industry.

Brett Pongratz (playing guitar and singing in the photo above) was enrolled in the class and enlisted the help of friends Chase Harrison (playing bass guitar) and Kamron Warden (playing percussion) for the performance. Together, the three musicians—all first-year students—are called Liberty Hall Collective.

Dr. Klee is associate professor of music at BVU.
