Adam Bisenius begins his ninth season coaching the offensive line at Buena Vista, while also serving as the team's co-recruiting coordinator.

Under his guidance, he has helped strengthen the play of the interior line. Last season saw the team average 145.9 yards rushing per game during conference play, marking the program’s best total in the last nine years by an average of nearly 20 yards.  He has also coached one all-conference lineman in each of the last four years and five total during his tenure.

Bisenius graduated from BVU in 1999 where he was a four-year letterwinner for the Beavers in football.

Before returning to his alma mater, Bisenius was the defensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Galva-Holstein High School for six seasons. He was named the AFLAC National Assistant Coach of the Year in 2003.  He also served as the school’s head boys basketball coach.

Aside from his coaching duties at G-H, he taught middle school science. He and his wife, Amy, reside in Holstein with their three sons, Brody, Brock and Brayden.
