Supplementary Room Draw

Students who do not select a room through one of the designated room draw processes can select a room from the remaining spaces starting at 8:00 am Thursday, April 17th in the Office of Student Services. Room selection at that time will be handled on a first come, first served basis regardless of gender or class status. Students who fail to pay $25 to the Business Office and present the receipt at the Pierce/White/Swope Lottery on Monday, April 14th will need to wait until the Supplementary Room Draw to select a space. Students who enter the Pierce/White/Swope Lottery on Monday, April 14th but fail to select a space at their designated time will need to wait until the Supplementary Room Draw to select a space.

Students are NOT required to present a $25 room deposit receipt for a supplementary room draw selection.

This process will continue through July 1st. At that time, any returning students who have yet to select a space will be assigned a housing location by the Director of Housing.
