Welcome to the Office of International Student Services! We are excited to have you join us here at Buena Vista University and look forward to the many contributions you will make as a member of our student body.

Our office serves to enhance international student learning experiences and outcomes. With the support of numerous faculty, staff and students, the Office of International Student Services (OISS) provides a variety of services to international students attending, or who are considering attending, Buena Vista University. Services provided include visa and travel advising and information, admission and enrollment information; immigration advising; orientation to our campus and the community of Storm Lake; and assisting students with the transition to college life as well as life in the U.S.
