Vomiting and/or Diarrhea
Vomiting is throwing up the stomach's contents. Dry heaves may precede or follow vomiting.
Nausea is when you fell like you're going to throw up.
Diarrhea is the passage of any loose, watery or unformed bowel movements.
Symptoms:
|

Frequent watery, loose stools
Cramping or pain in the abdomen
Occasional fever
Causes:

Spoiled food, contaminated water, or infections from bacteria or parasites that affect the digestive tract
Overuse of alcohol or laxatives
A side effect of some medicines
Lactose intolerance or a food allergy
Emotional upsets or acute stress
