  • Exercise 15-30 min. daily - boosts your immune system

  • Eat More Vitamin A - Sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, apricots, cantaloupe, cabbage, red peppers, fish and dairy products
  • Eat More Vitamin C - All of the above plus green vegetables, tomatoes, citrus fruits
  • Eat More Vitamin E - All of the above plus all green vegetables
  • Eat More Zinc - Wheat bran, whole grains, poultry and lean red meats
  • Take a multivitamin daily!
