Join Us in the Fight Against the Flu!
- Wash Hands Often - Scrub for 10-15 second using friction rub
- Avoid close contact with those who have the flu
- Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing-use tissues
- Stay in your room or at home if you are sick; don't share personal items!
- Eat Properly - Eat foods with vitamins A, C, E, & Zinc
- Rest, Rest, Rest - Rest increases your immunity; get at least 8 hrs. nightly
- Exercise 15-30 min. daily - boosts your immune system
- Drink Water - At least 6-8 glasses/day - boosts immune system

- Eat More Vitamin A - Sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, apricots, cantaloupe, cabbage, red peppers, fish and dairy products
- Eat More Vitamin C - All of the above plus green vegetables, tomatoes, citrus fruits
