Flash Player

Some of our web-based tutorials require a Flash player to view .swf files. A Flash player can be easily installed on most PCs and uses minimal memory. You can download a free Flash player at www.macromedia.com/software/flashplayer.

Pop-up windows

If you are clicking a link, but nothing happens, it's likely that pop-up windows are disabled. Some library databases use pop-up windows as a normal function of the database, so you need to allow pop-up windows to display.

Your system must be set up to accept cookies.

Your system must accept Java and Javascript.
