The Iowa Community College Online Consortium (ICCOC) has formed a cooperative agreement with Buena Vista University to provide community college students an opportunity to pursue their baccalaureate degree totally online. The ICCOC comprises seven Iowa Community Colleges dedicated to providing quality online courses leading to an Associate Degree.
