Winterfest is a weekend event where students from BVU and other Iowa universities can get outdoors and enjoy some friendly tournaments and try new activities. The activities are all outside either on the lake or close to the recreation house. It is one of those event for people who seek adventure. It is a way to get students outdoors to encourage finding activities on campus during the frigid winter months.

There will be a bonfire at the rec house's outside facility. There will also be prizes given out to winners of ice hockey, broomball, and the snow sculpture contest. Move in Stereo will be playing at the event. All events are free and anyone is welcomed to come and enjoy the activities.

Snacks:

AWOL will be selling cinnamon rolls, baked goods, and hot drinks (including hot chocolate and hot cider) for a fundraiser. Located at the Recreation House

Lunch:

OAC will be providing a lunch of grilled hot dogs and burgers.
