Sorting and Grouping Emails
For help sorting and adjusting the view of your emails, please see the Navigation and Appearance section.
- Select the Inbox. On the Folder ribbon click the New Folder button.
- A new window will open. Type the desired name for the new folder and press the Enter key (or click on something else to save the name changes).
- Click on the desired location of the new folder.
- Click OK.
Note: Folders are arranged alphabetically within the cabinet.
Emptying Deleted Items
- Right-click on the Deleted Items in the list.
- Select Empty Folder.
