Our goal is to inform, protect, and develop new services with the Buena Vista University community based on technology made available to the campus. Maintaining a positive and active dialogue between our department, campus, and extensions is critical in keeping us secure and ahead of the curve.

The Software section of our site details information about the various kinds of software we have installed on university provided materials. In particular, the site contains an excellent support guide about Microsoft Outlook. Reported malware and black listed programs are discussed, as well as a suggested maintenance routine for your software.
The Hardware and Infrastructure site provides technical specifications on our current devices available to the campus and its extensions, as well as a maintenance guide. Be sure to keep your eyes on our academic discount page! We’ve got refurbished laptops and their prices listed, too!
